This is not a recovered factory lubrication chart
The method is an audited technical reconstruction based on the 1986 Soviet manual, Moebius lubricant functions, a photographed 2623H and a reference 2609.HA. Any identification marked as probable must be confirmed by the part’s actual location.

Disassemble, clean, rinse and dry the movement completely. Fresh oil added over old deposits traps abrasive contamination and produces a misleading diagnosis.

- 01Barrel: inspect the mainspring, hooks and arbor before lubrication.
- 02Assemble the train and bridges dry, then check free fall.
- 03Feed the jewel cups from the dial side and bridge side with the oil chosen for the function.
- 04Install the pallet fork: 9010 in its bearings and 9415 only on the impulse planes.
- 05Clean and lubricate the balance cap jewels separately.
- 06Lubricate the keyless works and cannon pinion sparingly, then install the 24-hour train.
- 07Check winding, hand-setting, 24-hour synchronism, world ring and running stability.
