100% individual
The whole session is focused on your progress, questions and current level.
PRIVATE LESSONS · BORDEAUX AREA
I offer one-to-one lessons to discover mechanical watchmaking and make real progress at the bench: understand a movement, disassemble it cleanly, organise the parts, reassemble it, lubricate methodically and learn how to check the result.
HOW I WORK
No rushed demonstration: I work with one person at a time. I show the gesture, explain why it matters, then let you repeat it yourself. The goal is not speed, but clean habits and a method you can reuse on your own.
The whole session is focused on your progress, questions and current level.
You disassemble, observe, handle and reassemble the movement yourself; I guide, correct and explain.
Curious beginner, equipped enthusiast or a specific step to revisit: the content adapts.
THE WORKSHOP · SALLEBOEUF

PACKAGES TO PROGRESS
2 h
€50A first session to enter the movement without pressure: understand the tools, safe handling rules and complete the first operations on a simple calibre.
4 h · 2 × 2 h
€95Two sessions to develop sound habits: progressive disassembly, identification of the main organs, organised parts storage and first reassembly work with a repeatable method.
8 h · 4 × 2 h
€180Choose this if: Your movement is running correctly and you want to learn how to carry out a complete, methodical service.
The recommended path for learning a full service on a functioning movement, with no specific fault to diagnose: complete disassembly, visual checks, cleaning principles, reassembly, lubrication and first timegrapher checks.
12 h · 6 × 2 h
€255Choose this if: You want to go further and learn how to identify the likely cause of common faults and abnormal behaviour yourself.
The advanced path adds a genuine diagnostic approach before and during servicing. It cannot cover every possible fault, but it teaches you how to reason through common problems: a movement that will not start, low amplitude, unstable rate, blocked train or winding mechanism, visible defects or reassembly errors.
Before the first session, I take a few minutes with you to define your level, what you want to learn and the most suitable movement. Durations are landmarks: in watchmaking I would rather spend time understanding a gesture than rush through a checklist.
For a first lesson, I prefer a simple movement suited to your level rather than a valuable or highly sentimental watch. These are practical initiation and improvement lessons, not a diploma course.
